I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate the South Sound real estate market for nearly 10 years, with more than 200 homes sold along the way. I specialize in working with first-time and move-up buyers throughout Gig Harbor and the surrounding South Sound—and I believe you should understand what’s happening in your transaction without needing a real estate dictionary to do it.
My approach is straightforward, personal, and highly communicative. I’ll tell you what I think, explain the why behind my advice, answer the questions you think you should already know the answers to, and advocate fiercely for you when it matters. When something unexpected comes up—and in real estate, it usually does—I’m good at staying calm, finding a solution, and keeping things moving forward.
For first-time buyers, that means having someone who will walk you through the process without ever making you feel like you should already know it. For move-up buyers, it means having an experienced Realtor who can manage the moving pieces of selling one home while finding and purchasing the next.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), I work with Windermere's relocation network to support clients moving in or out of the Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and greater Puget Sound area — making sure every transition feels less overwhelming and more like coming home.
